Reaching fitness goals is not as easy as most people make it out to be. I have always been active and for the most part, in shape. Sports have been a part of my life since I can remember, but as I got older I noticed my muscle was decreasing and my body shape staying the same. I knew I needed to make some changes to the ways I kept active and some of my diet options.
